It depends on your state, as each state has there own DMV, but in California, you can find the sample tests on the DMV website. You'd be getting a Class C license, which is the standard license for the average driver.

If you type "sample DMV test" into Google, it pulls up a lot of results. The test would probably be similar in most states, but I know that there are some differences in traffic laws depending on where you live. For example, the Michigan left (which is a U-turn deal) is only in Michigan :D. So here are a couple of websites that had samples...not sure if any are from your state, but either way, they should help :)

This one has a couple of sample questions and then they ask you to sign up for a course, but you can do the samples without signing up: http://www.lowestpricetrafficschool.com/driver-education/free-dmv-practice-test/.

California: http://www.dmv.ca.gov/pubs/interactive/tdrive/exam.htm.

Connecticut:

West Virginia:

Oregon:

Hope these help!

I guess it depends on the state you live in. Here in NY the DMV has sample tests on their website http://www.nydmv.state.ny.us/dmanual/default.html

It depends on your state. Use a search engine and enter:
(your state) department of motor vehicles

You'll need to use the search engine on that page to look for a sample test.

Note: some states have a 'bureau' of motor vehicles.

If all else fails, ask a teenager who has taken the test! (grin)

Good luck!
