I prefer Broccoli, but you can split the difference and get Broccoflower. It is a special grown combination of Broccoli and Cauliflower. It tastes pretty good. You can find it at any grocery store in the vegetable section.

Definiely depends on the individual. Broccoli is a more pungent veggie, a stronger taste, but very good in stir fry's, etc or just plain steamed. Cauliflower is milder, like a very mild cabbage kinda flavor, sometimes it's flavor gets lost in a stir fry, but it is great steamed, either alone or even mixed with some broccoli and/or carrots, melted cheese over either one steamed is great! Both are often used raw in salads or veggie trays with ranch dip most often seen. Both are extremely nutritious, very high in antioxidants. Enjoy!

I personally love cauliflower, i prefer the taste but i dont mind a bit of brocc. However, broccoli has a better nutritional value, so i eat more brocc.

I like both, but I'd rather have broccoli. Unless it's in a soup, then both together are great complements.

They have a similar flavour but broccoli has a nicer texture, in my opinion. Slightly more delicate and subtle.
