they are both flavorful in their own way... you can do so much more with broccoli though.... cauliflower is good mashed up with a touch of butter... as a healthier substitute for mashed potatoes

I desire Broccoli, yet you could split the version and get Broccoflower. that is a particular grown mix of Broccoli and Cauliflower. It tastes tremendously solid. you will locate it at any food market interior the vegetable section.
