they are both flavorful in their own way... you can do so much more with broccoli though.... cauliflower is good mashed up with a touch of butter... as a healthier substitute for mashed potatoes

Cauliflower, make sure you have it really hot, and put Velveeta Cheese on top! It is the best, so very good!

Both but cauliflower is more versatile. Try boiling and mashing like potoes. Great stuff.
