Well this is kind of a funny one......a friend had a black lab named Blackie. Well Blackie got loose in a predominately black neighborhood.....needless to say he was out there yelling for the dog by that name. Fortunately most of the neighborhood knew him.

i have seen a dog (dachshund) on the internet called miss kitty. it was because of HIS red hair but, still, the gender and species are wrong.
