Nope: As long as you stay away from the steriods and eat a sensible diet.
Physical conditioning leads to a better life. Not sick as often, few better, more active, enjoy doing things more, more mentalyl alert. etc.
The old saying of USE IT OR LOSE IT applies when it comes to your boldy.
weight lifting = muscle mass = good
as opposed to:
couch potato = fat mass = bad.

Natural body builders, non steroid users, who lift to get huge like Arnold Swart.... will have heart problems when they quit lifting. All that muscle will start converting to fat and that is what damages the heart. Those that lift and stay on a good diet and aren't trying to bulk up like the cover of Muscle Mag, help keep there heart healthy.

If you body build naturally, there are no problems. Problems arise when you add steroids because it strains the heart. It's like your heart's age is 50 when you are really 25.

BAV is oftentimes too minor to even challenge registering as a heart illness. heart failure is treatable and heart surgical operation is extremely basic and in recent times comes with very few hazards - at my hospital they do no longer even open your chest to handle BAV and individuals who've the surgical operation stay in hospital for one evening on the very maximum till now going homestead with purely a Band help to coach for the reality they have had any "heart surgical operation" in any respect.
