If you build it yourself, the materials will run you close to $2,500. If you don't have the tools you are looking at around an additional $500.
Otherwise, you are looking at spending close to $10,000 for something like that, and that is without interior walls.
A slab foundation will be the most costly part, which I haven't included in the price. Just think it through, and do some window shopping before making a final decision.

My friend found an older building that was to be torn down. He offered to take it away for them and got it free. Granted it was a lot of work as he took it apart and built it again on his property.

look at an industrial salvage site there are many sheds of this size going cheap normally sheet steel with angle frame work try industrial exchange and mart online
