I eat subway for lunch everyday. I usually get a 6" veggie on wheat with lots of lettuce, onions, cucumbers, spinach, feta cheese Mayo and Chipotle sauce. Is it healthy or not? Oh and peperchinies on the side.

sounds good but what kind of bread are you getting, a good idea would be wheat or a multi grain roll. I would skip the mayo and chipotle sauce as they are both loaded with calories... i would try a vinegrette or just some vinegar....

Well it's healthy to a point. Multi-grain bread would make it more healthy; and replacing the mayo and chipolte sauce with spicey mustard or just using jalapenos for spice would help. Watch the amount of cheese they put on it also.

it's very good just try to reduce the amount of mayo and chipotle sauce, by alternating one sauce at a time, or sometimes asking for another type like the vinagrette.
