I understand what you mean when you say you do the same thing over and over.
I do the same thing over and over too. In my head I know nothing is going to change unless I do something differently.
Because I am depressed this is what happens most of the time. Every so often I will do something different, go out with a different friend or invite someone to do something.
The problem is, I don't do these things often enough so it would produce a major change.
I also go for therapy and take medications. This has helped to keep my going over the years. Best Wishes

Well of course my first response would be to to talk to someone about it and go to the doctor when you feel comfortable. I know that mental meds can be scary and carry a lot of side effects, but sometimes you have to get on them to make yourself feel better. Is there a reason why you're depressed? If there is something that happened in your life, I strongly recommend counseling or therapy if you can afford it (there are several free places available to people in a lot of areas.) If there is no reason for your depression...I mean, one specific reason, then you possibly could just have a chemical imbalance that makes you depressed, and meds will help tremendously...if you stay on them and take them on a consistent basis. Please contact someone before you hurt yourself or those around you.

i do not watch Fox information, so I see that this united states of america is getting slowly better efficient. I do not forget that traditionally, even as there's a economic meltdown of the importance of what we had, it takes about 8 years to get out of it thoroughly. My expectancies are lifelike and my view is sparkling as to what is going on. somewhat, the completed disaster area of the authorities has no longer been the presidency. this is been the completed obstruction and unwillingness to co-govern by ability of the Republican social gathering (especially the nuts contained in the domicile of Representatives). they are the reason we had a credit downgrade. they are the reason that no jobs expenditures were exceeded. (yet by some ability managed to vote 33 circumstances to repeal Obamacare). actuality is, individuals comprehend precisely what were given us into this mess. the commercial rules of the perfect Republican president. The decrease taxes and lengthening protection force spending even as reducing all relations classes mentality. we do not want to repeat that insanity.

Judging from your definition of insanity, you may have some knowledge of 12 step programs (they use that very definition)
and these programs all advocate the same thing, get active in your own recovery! reach out, you are only as sick as your secrets! get into action, cuz if nothing changes, nothing changes!
