that means to go help people who need help and not the people that have everything.jesus said why would the healthy person need a doctor.he was here to save the human race from eternal damnation and to promise us eternal life if we lived by his fathers word.in short by getting saved and living according to the bible.

At the time, Jesus was getting ready to send 70 of his followers out in the regions that he would be visiting over the next few weeks in preparation of his arrival. hey would enter a town or village, and begin to let people know that Jesus was coming. If the people welcomed the idea, the disciples would pray for the sick and perform other simple miracles like that to get the people ready for Jesus' visit. (Jesus was not the only who performed miracles in the New Testament.)

It means exactly what it says... If people are open to you and friendly with you, then offer to pray for them for healing. Jesus taught his disciples to take the Kingdom of God with them into all the world. A direct benefit of Gods Kingdom is health. All we have to do is be willing to introduce them to His (Gods) concept of Kingdom Life.
