Load up on Carbs & Vitamins.
Pasta with Tomato/meat sauce (no cheese) is GOOD for that. So is Steak and Mixed veggies.

Do a workout with higher weight but with fewer reps (this adds muscle mass instead of definition...add the definition later). Do 3-5 reps and add wieght, then 3-5 more then add weight...until you can't do 3. Then switch to another lift and start over.

Mens health has a weight gain diet used by the NFL in the pre-season. Search the site for a weight gaining workout.

Pushing Iron...

Also known as weight lifting.

HOWEVER...at your age, your long bones are still growing. So, before you start pushing yourself, check with your doctor. The last thing you want to do is rip-out a growth plate.

In any case, make sure you mix in strength AND endurance exercises. Do yourself a BIG favour, and avoid chemical or "herbal" supplements promising big mass. Most of them are useless, but a few are exceptionally dangerous.

If this is for purposes of Self Defence...take some martial arts training. It's safer.
