I have a bet with my friend who is a guy. He says if I lose the bet, I will go on a date with him. Does this mean he likes me?

NO, he bet you a bet he was sure to loss because he feels like being a dumb-butt. Now does that make sense? Does, yes he knows he is going to win the bet and get a date with you because he likes you, make more sense? Thats right, reality tends to work in a way that does make sense, think about that.....
