Where is Avon St, Bath?

does anyone know where this is? is it anywhere near London?

Do you mean Avon Street car park in Bath? If so, it is less than half a mile from the railway station (Bath Spa).
From there to central London is 117 miles, so it's nowhere near I'm afraid.
