Not a lot, they both could come out of the ground, the leek would taste better than a leak, except a leak from a keg of beer.

Yes, long ago on TV Graham Kerr (The Galloping Gourmet) used to carry on about this very thing. "Take a leek" he'd say, preparing soup as he sipped his wine. Of course too much wine makes one leak in many ways, as he and his wife found out. I do miss Graham and Treena.

other then a leak as a dribble of water where its not auspoed to b and a leek being a plant,or maybe the spelling ,i can see no diffrence
