I have 4 kids and losing weight after having baby is tough, but possible! I went from 220 lbs to 160 in 6 months, so work hard and it will happen. First, cut out all junk food, meaning cut out all sugar (you'll find sugar in most everything), that means cutting out boxed cereal, boxed food in general and look at the ingredients in canned things as well, unless it has the pure fruit or vegetable and water, don't eat it! Eat plenty of chicken, fish, turkey, cut out processed meat, pork and red meat. Eat a ton of veggies and fruits for a sweet tooth. Your body will probably freak out and you'll feel super tired, cranky and have major cravings unless your already used to eating like this. Try eating plain yogurt in a smoothie with frozen fruit, it helps cravings and has good bacteria to fight infection and the tiredness!

Next, exercise at least 30-60 minutes most days of the week! Running/jogging, walking on incline, cycling, joining a gym that offers classes like kickboxing, spinning, step and a variety of weights will help.

Lastly, if this is your first child, then sleep when the baby sleeps! If that means that you workout in the middle of the day so you can get more rest in the morning, then do what works for you! Good Luck!

self magazine has a lot of great tips on that; Also, i just heard of a new study from Australia that if females get on a bike for 8 seconds at their max endurance and then a medium endurance for 12 seconds then stop and repeat the cycle for about 2 minutes you can burn up to 3x the weight as just cycling in any other pattern. My advice to do that if of course watch what you eat but more importantly just get into something fun like a dancing class at the gym or boxing class; even if you cannot due that get a DVD of some sort and just keep it up and it will work;

Also, if you're looking for an exercise equipment the Ab Lounge is great; i have one!

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

Last week a study was released that showed women who were able to find time to sleep after having a baby lost their baby weight faster than women who didn't.

If you can sleep all night try it.

specific i think of it does help because of the fact i've got not been weight-reduction plan or exercising, yet i've got dedicated myself to not devour after 8:30 at evening, tried to end ingesting chocolates, and no fried nutrition, and that i've got lost 31 pounds out of the 40 that I won in the process my being pregnant. My infant is 4.5 weeks previous. i'm somewhat not weight-reduction plan and commonly i could exercising a ton with the intention to drop pounds.

start working out and eating right. its not an overnight cure. it will take time. i was told that to lose it at a health rate its takes up to 9 months to lose baby weight. it took 9 months to gain it. it should take 9 months to drop it.
