About 99% of the questions here are either an attempt at comedy or rhetorical (that is, the asker is making a point more so than genuinely seeking information.)

Judging from the large number of questioners who merely want to criticize or riducule Christians, I would say more than 50%. Many questions are genuinely asked by people who are really searching for the truth, and we owe it to them to provide accurate answers. Who knows, even a few of the rabid atheists might see the light someday, through what they read in this section. Helping people discover the truth that is Jesus Christ is the reason for Christians hanging out here. It's a good ministry.

Hopefully a very high percentage. How can one form a question from no stimulation? A question is necessitated by an incomplete concept, or a concept that one is not comfortable embracing. A lack of any real stimulation is easily identified in the question, isn't it?

A very high percentage. Most questions are claims challenging a target's claim. And a majority of those seem to be targetting claims that aren't being made and are so bizarre that they certainly look like strawmen.
I would prefer if the majority were questions by people looking for advice, but it is what it is.

75% maybe. You are implying that the asker already knows the answer. That may be true for some but not all.

I think 100% of the questions are decided upon by the asker. Who do you think asks the question? The answerer?

I think someone already asked this...do you want an educated answer or one based on what I believe the answer is without any real proof...
Looks like several people used what they believed...

All of the rabid ones. So, 80%
(Except for C&C who has often given the Best Answer to people who disagree with her.)

Over 50%. More often than not, the question is used either to soapbox or provoke thought - or both.
