My laptop has HDMI outputs, but no other video-out options. My TV has the red/white/yellow inputs, and i need to connect the 2. My older (pre-Vista) laptops made this a breeze. Anyone have suggestions?

I'm afraid not.

Some laptops have a docking stations that give you SVideo output, but there is nothing that I know of that converts HDMI (digital) to 480 analog.

No. That cable has no longer something to do with HDMI. you will want a composite to HDMI converter field, yet which will, at applicable, upconvert the SD to a minimum of something equivalent to HD. To get certainly HD, you will want an HD converter field, which has HDMI out itself. regardless of if that's for antenna, you do no longer want it to purely watch television, your television has a outfitted in digital tuner.
