Are you asking for real one?
IN REAL LIFE:
Dr. James Blundell, a British obstetrician, performed the first successful transfusion of human blood IN 1818, for the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage.

The first attempt however was done by Italian humanist historian and lawyer Stefano Infessura to Pope Innocent VIII in 1492 who was in coma.Such attempt however was a failure killing the pope and the 3 boys as the blood donor.

French physician Jean-Baptiste Denys did the first fully-documented human blood transfusion on June 15, 1667 by transfusing the blood of a sheep into a 15-year old boy, who recovered.
