If you are going to the store you can but an angle food cake mix and make that and have fruit and cool whip (sugar free or lite) on it OR in the baking isle there is something called sweet delights or something like that, it's and individual microwave cake thing. They make 100 calorie ones. When I am dyeing for something yummy and sweet and bad (but not really) I make one of those and put it in a bowl with a cup of weight watchers chocolate brownie ice cream.

Lowfat cake-y stuff tastes gross. Except for reduced fat fig newtons. Those are awesome, can't even tell the difference.
If it's low calorie you are looking for, have a Weight Watchers cake or a Hostess 100 calorie mini-cakes pack.

Them orange candies bubble gum pepermints. High in sugar low in fat. They make low fat free muffins too. Also try angel food cake that stuff is low in fat and then top it with fresh or frozen fruit. Also make your own low fat cake usign apple sauce instead of vegitiable oil.

Low fat sweets are easy: fruits!
As to cake-y something...browse your supermarket aisle and read the labels. Me, I like those Nutty Bars: deffinitely NOT low fat. 310 calories, 160 fat calories!
Aren't sponge cakes supposed to be relatively low fat?

Try this...
1 angel food cake
1 can of pineapple tidbits (or fresh pineapple)
1 regular tub of fat free cool whip
1 package of Jello pudding
mix the pineapple, cool whip, and pudding powder together and then put it on top of the cake. It's WONDERFUL and it's low fat...it will hit the spot. Refrigerate after making it.

There is a new kind of snack cake out called LuLu Bears. They are made with natural milk, have vitamins and minerals and all of that good stuff but still taste pretty good. My 2 year old loves them. They come in regular and chocolate filled bears.

You could buy some of those snack well cakes they sell at wal mart. Very good. Skinny cow ice cream is very good for fat free and sugar free.

Try No-Pudge brownies. One box plus one low-fat yogurt makes guilt-free brownies in just a few minutes. You can also microwave single servings.
You can't tell that they're low fat, either!!!
