Hi there, I was wondering if anyone knew the answer to my question..... If you pay off some of your total balance by debit card through the website, will that amount come off my minimum payment that has to reach them by the 17th? Or do you have to pay through the bank/post via the giro slip that comes with your statement each month? Im not sure this has come out right, I hope you can understand what I mean!!
Thanks x

As long as you make a payment that's fine even over the phone. These things take about 3 working days to clear. Make sure when you make a payment you get a ref number just to keep you right. If for example you pay on line and the bill come in the next day ignore it as you have made a payment.

No problem paying through the website, but the quickest way to pay is to phone the company and give them your card details over the phone.

I wouldn't worry too much. They tend to overlook a payment that is only a few days late. Your payment will reach then quicker if you do it on line.
Hope this helps.
