sister and i were very close till the past month when she got married,pregnant and moved to italy for the air force, what do i do?

Call her, write her letters, write her emails (assuming she has a computer) do everything in your power to keep in touch with her.

Tell her how you feel!
No one should feel sad for the rest of their lives, especially if they are family! You have to right to tell her how you really feel!
She thinks she might have moved on, but still try to give her a little space, shes married and lives in another country, but tell her you miss her!

You are still able to be close in your writings to each other.
If you're as close as you say, you will always remain close.
But it may be in different ways. Feel fortunate to have such a warm relationship. Usually sisters dont always remain close as life moves on.
