Creamy Saffron Rice
2 cups low salt chicken broth
1 cup rice
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/2 tablespoon saffron (4-5 strands)
2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
In a large saucepan, over high heat bring chicken broth to a boil. Add rice and saffron. Reduce heat to medium and
cook the rice per its instructions; about 20 minutes. (This can also be done in a rice cooker).
Once the rice is cooked, there should be no water left (drain any remaining water). Stir in the cream and butter.
