I have been dating a guy for 9 monthes now. and for a while i was kind of living there then we had problems and broke up, Well now we are back together. And maybe its just me but it seems like he doesnt make an effort to see me?

More than likely he's seeing someone else or is completely disinterested in you or no longer finds you attractive. Ditch him, if he won't give you the time of day, you are just wasting your time.

When relationships end and start again, one or more people are holding resentments usually that is the problem. There may have been trust broken and he doesn't trust you any more. Sometimes relationships end for a reason and then after time passes one (or both) people start to miss the other and you look back with rose colored glasses at the past, then you pick up right where you left off and shortly things are back to bad again. If a man isn't trying to make an effort to see you, he doesn't want to see you. I'm sorry to say he's not that into you, maybe he's trying to back away slowly. As for not having sex, that right there is a problem, most men want it at least once a day, if you are offering and the fish doesn't bite, you need to find another fish.

This is only my own opinion, and I'm hoping I'm wrong, but it COULD be he was just with you for sex.
