My dog, a GREAT DANE, does not think he is a dog at all.

He loves to sit in a chair or couch like a human. Or just right in your lap. He literally backs up, puts him bottom down and front feet on the floor.

He also love to "talk". When he gets really excited he howls/growls kind of like chewbacca (starwars). Some people get scared of him, but he enjoys to hear himself.

He is incredibly intelligent, he knows when I ask him where is his toy/bone, want to eat or are you hungry? Going outside, going bye-bye, going certain places, peoples names, our cats names, and the list goes on.

He likes to drink out of the bathroom sink (which he can easily reach) or just jump in the shower with you if the door is not shut. Will rest his head on the counter top in the kitchen if he is out of water in his dog bowl

Will put his mouth around your arm and "lead" you around like, here let me show you, or dont leave.

He goes crazy/wild when he his wet, love his baby pool and the rain.

I dont know if this will work but here is my dane in a chair

My dog has the nicest personality of any dog I have ever known. He is everybody's friend and if anyone is frightened of him (he's big and black) he works extra hard nuzzling up to them showing them how lovable he is. I have had quite a few terrified asian people and a few others trying to climb walls to escape.
His face is so soft and beautiful most people think he is a female.
People stop us in the street and parks to ask if they can introduce their babies/toddlers to dogs with him.
He once saved a childs life by alerting us that a pushchair had rolled under a bus (whilst the drunken parents were busy arguing).

When we go out for a walk, one of my dogs proceeds to eat absolutely anything that isn't nailed down. This has included mud, wood, stones, mushrooms, grass and last week the decaying corpse of a bird which was pretty much just bones and feathers. Nice!

I have a 6 month old mixed breed. She hates strangers... will growl if they continuously approach her, but she loves anyone that she has known on a continual basis since I got her. The thing that intrigues me about this anti-social little devil is that she will be sitting next to you, staring at you, and when you look at her, she will jump at your face and cover it with kisses. If you turn your head, she will follow, even resorting to "holding" your head with each paw to allow her to lock all over your face. It is cute, but disgusting!

Scrappy lays down and crosses his front paws, all proper like. He also will not walk into any room without being told he can. Never trained him that way, he just does it. But it is very helpful at dinner time!

Molly is plain crazy. She sits in the back corner of the yard and stares into the neighbors yard without moving for hours watching the hundred or so birds moving in and out of the neighbors 25+ bird houses

One of my greyhounds has figured out how to open the safety gate that separates the kitchen from the living-room.The other one will burp in your face just after he has his dinner so it's all nice and fishy smelling (they get tuna fish in along with their dinner) then take a maddy as if he's really proud of himself! Also when we have guests round he sneezes in their faces.

My six month old Yorkie plays with and prefers cats over dogs. When we come home from work she runs through the house finds the cats and jumps and plays with them like she is a cat. Her favorite toy is a toy mouse.

You'd have to see it to believe it, but one of my dogs is an absolutely telly addict. He has his favourite programmes (he's particularly partial to Judge Judy), and sits right in front of the screen. If a dog / cat / horse comes onto the screen he tries to catch them. My screen is destroyed from him chasing on screen animals. It's really funny to watch though!

I would have to say when she was younger she is a girl but would start humping our other dog also a girl it was funny but also a bit embarassing. Since she was a pup though she will walk around with a big stick in her mouth and take a whiz while holding onto the stick. It is hilarious
