Easy thaw method. Put the chicken in warm water with a little salt. When the water gets cold change it and put more warm water in . Your chicken should thaw out enough to cook. Just bake it longer then you normally would. You're sure to make your dinner deadline.

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees; when the oven is done preheating, bake frozen for up to 1 hour and turn halfway through, then after baking, use a meat thermometer to make sure your meat has reached an internal temperature of 180 degrees. Also, any doctor will tell you that it's smarter to bake from frozen instead of baking thawed meat.

You can cook from frozen, it will take longer obviously, or defrost in your microwave. A 10 minute defrost cycle should do the trick.

you can
but it'll take longer
you could use the short method
let it sit out for an hour
and then use the defrost method on your mirco to soften it down

No. The outside will thaw ans start to cook while the insides are still frozen. This creates a significant risk of food poisoning and also increases the chances that your food will burn on the outside before it has the chance to cook on the inside.
