Ok, there is the breakfast that I have, which doesn't alway consist of what is my favorite, but it is healthy. Then there is the scrumptious breakfast that I have on special occasions, a Pecan Belgian Waffle with blueberry syrup.

On Sunday night my b/f and I make 6 breakfast sandwiches and wrap them in foil for the week ahead.
1-6 pack bagels or english muffins
6 fried or poached eggs
6 slices of cheese
6 pieces of ham or canadian bacon or sausage or whatever you like.
We don't butter the bagel or muffin as there's enough moisture in the cheese and egg that you really don't need to especially if you're watching your weight and/or cholesterol. Pepper Jack cheese is really good on these.

I don't eat the same thing everyday. My favorite thing is cold pizza. I usually have toast with sugar free jelly or a bologna sandwich. I don't like normal breakfast food.

I don't eat breakfast, but if I did, I would have soft scrambled eggs with cheese, grits with cheese, sausage, waffles, coffee, and orange juice.
