A group of Oxford students in the late 1800s had a bet that they could not create a totally new word - with no ties to anything form the latin, german, french, etc. They had to invent the word and get people using it to where it would appear in print in an article in the London Times within 30 days. They began to hand out pamplets with the word, write it as graffitti, do there best to use it in conversation, etc.

On the 27th day the student won their bet when the word appeared in print in the Times.

The word was "quiz".

so it is possible to coin a word or phrase if you really want to...

What does it mean?

What does it mean?

Give it a context and put your real name to it and you'll have a better chance.
Good luck :)
