In English, the word is PASTEURISATION, after the inventor, Louis Pasteur.
If you wish to write it in Am Eng, then ...IZATION.
By the way, the alternative Spanish spelling is PASTEURIZACIÓN.

I believe you are talking about the process of heating milk to kill any organisms in it. That would be Pasteurization (pronounced pass ture i zay shun).
