Or any alternative? I know they've been pulled in the States, but I really like to find some. I have a 7 month with a head cold, & I'd like to help him feel better.

Yeah, I know they've been pulled. Because dumb parents used them to medicate their kids to shut them up. I'm a 10 year Paramedic, & I think I have a pretty good idea about how to use an OTC decongestant.

There are natural remedies that will alleviate the symptoms some, though not as well as the unavailable meds. One that is easy enough to use on a baby is to chop up a few onions, boil the hell out of them, and have him breathe in the steam. Obviously, you need to be careful, so as not to burn him. Letting it cool off somewhat, then pouring a small amount of it into a bowl should help with that.

Hmm they have been pulled for a reason,you want to harm your child! Try turning on the shower on hot and letting it steam up then sit in there with your child should clear it up.
