Off the top of my head, I cant think of any sayings or laws in either of the testaments that ban porn, in fact the word and definition cant have been around that long?
I do recall reading about some graffiti that pyramid builders had left on site, it was a depiction of some main site foreman who had received very rapid promotion!
The foreman was drawn mounting a Pharaoh from the rear!!!
So it's been around for some time.
OK back to your question!
I am atheist, I have nothing against porn, except for the kiddie stuff!
Animal sex and necrophilia do nothing for me.
I don't think women are 'exploited' they get good money , they can quit the job anytime.
Not all atheists think as I do, the only thing we have in common is that we don't believe in God. And of course we don't believe in any religion that worships this non existent God. Some atheists may hate the thought of porno.
Christians? The thing they must have in common is that they believe Jesus was the Son of God, that Jesus was and still is God and is also the Holy spirit (The Trinity)
I do know that the Roman Catholic who were the leaders of the Christian groups, once had a thing about self gratification, and sex is only for procreation etc!
As far as the majority of Christians are concerned I cant think of any specific reason in their bibles as to why they should object any more than some atheists do?

True Christians look down on Porn regardless because those who watch porn are whoremongers

Porn is a huge industry in the US, which has Christians everywhere.

I don't know about more, but they certainly are part of the industry.

I would think anybody with any intelligence would look down on porn regardless of religious background

I'm not Christian but my guess would be that they probably do. They probably think it's some sort of sin.
