Here's a healthy eating plan. There are no excesses of anything in it and its a eating plan that is easily followed all the time.
Eat plenty of fruit and fresh veg and salad.
Start your day if you can with a bowl of porridge as this is a slow release food.
Avoid added sugars and sugary treats as these will cause cravings, use artificial sweeteners in hot drinks and if you
have to drink cola's and stuff make sure they are diet.
Drink plenty of water.
Eat lean meat and fish.
Eat only Jacket potatoes, no butter or mayo.
Avoid bread.
Drinking cranberry juice helps to clean you kidneys and flush away toxins.
If you are craving something sweet first have a drink of water and have a portion of dried fruit.
If you eat sensibly you shouldn't need to count calories, its easier to watch you intake of fats.
Go swimming twice a week.
Walk briskly twice a week.

It's hard to give advice without a little more info. How you're eating and how you're exercising have a lot to do with it. Don't eat after 7pm or earlier. Eating close to sleeping puts weight on. For me, sugar and white flour put the weight on. Go buy the book, "Sugar Busters", it worked for me. Food allergies may be the culprit as well. Go get tested by a NAET practitioner (look up NAET on Google). Have your thyroid checked and your hormones. Ask a doctor about any reasons why medically you may have a harder time losing weight. Get tests done. Your genes may be a problem too and I don't know what to do to fix that. Acupuncturists that are also OMDs can be very helpful as well. Good luck.

IMO All of those name brand fad diets are completely worthless. Cutting carbs, avoiding fat, loading up on protein blah blah blah. Not healthy in the least. You need a balanced diet eating several small meals every few hours throughout the day. You need to be commited to working out regularly. Losing weight doesn't come via miracles and there is no healthy easy answer to it. If you don't want to hear "diet and excercise" then you don't really want to lose weight.
Of course you could always become a crack head or get liposuction. You'll lose some weight but you'll look like crap either way.

you aren't tired yet, I'm sorry to tell you that the answer is diet and excercise! You aren't going to be able to reach your goal until you become completely dedicated to it. You have to have true will power, because if you don't your gonna keep trying stuff and never stick with it. Even taking diet pills takes commitment. Make up your mind why you want to loose weight, make a list of the things that you will be able to do when you loose weight, and put up visuals of what you want to look like so you can see them everyday. Well youre going to have to start counting calories sadly. Eat anything (except fatty foods) and eat 500 calories for breakfast, 300 for lunch, and 500 at dinner, and 200 for a small snack. Exercise on a machiene untill you burn about 200 or more calories. Eat at subway alot. GOOD LUCK!

i bought hoodia- appetite suppresant - no matter what ANYONE tels u it is Bull**** and its very expensive. If its cheap - then u know its fake.
Make sure u eat a high fibre diet and get cardio in 4 times a week (1hr) and Weight training 2. week

I started taken the alli pill, you can buy it at walmart, you take 3 times a day with each meal it is based on a low fat, low calorie diet, and with a little of exercise. since i started taking it ive been losing anywhere form 3-4 pounds a week and keeping it off.
