to Union station
then transfer to the Red line or Purple line to 7th and metro
which is at 7th& Figeroura (thats one of the entrances)
cost would $1.25 per train ($1.25 on the gold line and another
$1.25 for the subway (or you could get a day pass for $5.00)
if for some reason you are too far from the gold line (dont know why) but you could also catch a direct bus (Line 485)on Lake and that bus will take to you to 7th/grand (then you have walk the 3 blocks to 7th/Fig (cost is about $1.85)
mind you the bus doesnt operate as fequently as the train

Depending on where you are on Colorado Blvd, the Gold Line may not be your best option (although honestly, it probably will be.)
