I think its a little bit of both. I read in popular science that there is in fact a new case of vaginitis and most woman are infected with it.
I would suggest to you to brush your teeth more often and clean shop down there if you know what I mean. Trim the hedges, pressure wash the driveway and put up some extra decorations to make the entryway more exciting.
