No.
However, it's highly doubtful that the NSA does not, in some way, monitor such an open, public forum. Detail extraction is not as computationally intractive as those unfamiliar with computational science seem to think.
I'd say it's all but a sure thing that every question here is scanned at least once by a system at the NSA, and any with certain critical features is followed up by a more intensive algorithm, and those that surface there are brought to the attention of a human.

Just for the sake of argument probably & it would be a good thing to because I would die believeing that Jesus is my Lord & Saviour telling others about Him not being fearful of what man may do to this body(Temple of the Holy Spirit) but what God can do to both the body & soul in Hell. So I want to proclaim the very Holy Name of God from every corner that He is my sole Salvation because in Him I live & move & have my being. He watches out for His own. I am not worried for I cast all my cares on Him Who has taken all my griefs sorrows & woes, besides to live is Christ & to die is gain. If they came to my house right now & arrested me for some sort of crime against humanity I have the proof that God is my refuge & strength & there is no other. P.S. I have several Bibles so they can do all the reading they want to convict me how ever they choose & I will stand by the Word of God!

Probably, but with a computer. Certain combinations of keywords probably alert someone to take a look. Probably the whole internet is monitored this way. That's what I would do. If they aren't doing it, they should be.
EDIT: NSA, not CIA

There are monitoring stations in the USA and UK, that monitor everything all telephone conversations through voice recognition etc. The computers look for patterns and phrases not words or content. Humans shift through what comes up.

[beep] Of course not; don't be silly. Why would the magnanimous, beneficent CIA be monitoring Religion and Spirituality? [recording ends -- transcript forwarded to President Cheney]
edit -- Judy Jetson gets a thumbs-up just for that pic.

Tell you how you can tell. Write your answer using terms like bomb, target, kill, bin laden, allah, Washington DC and America all in the same response. Now wait 1 hour and look outside, if some stripped down Chevy is sitting outside with some characters in sunglasses and dark suits, then yep they monitor YA. Wait a minute, do I have to look too now?

Could be, & you may be very right. I think they have changed their job description. Because if you write to them any important things they donot undertake any initiative. May be they donot reply back. This department is a mystery Divn. Interpol, i read now is active on Pedrofile material hunting.
Any how, wish them all a Merry Christmas & a Happy New Year-2008, leave them alone & donot bother, you have not committed any mortal sin. .

I sincerly doubt it. We aren't that interesting.
But I am sure the NSA (not CIA- that just isn't their thing) does monitor internet traffic in general. It is out there in the public domain so it could be data mined and that would include this stuff.

No, but the Kremlin probably does, and KGB agents Boris and Sergi on coffee break are probably in the basement tapping into emails to see who can be their next victim of a financial scam. I think Boris and Sergi compete with the Nigerians.
