Well to all you aclu leagle beagles. Read the Bill of Rights and the Constitution. Freedom of speech applies to the people of the united states of america as well as freedom of religion, and the right to bare arms to protect my family and property. though terms and condotions may have been signed, that does not get you or yahoo the right to impose its non-american socialist views on the people useing the very public world wide web information hiway. becides didn't Al Gore invent the internet.

Mr. Stiggo I guess your not the sharpest stick in the pile ( in my opinion ). you said freedom of speech only aplied to the gov . it applies to you, me , yahoo, senator Byrd and yes even criminals. you can twist the words all you want but when one one politically motivated groupe such as your champion of socialism yahoo restricts my right to exspress my opinion and not the insults that some of there own hurl at me because I Care About The Future of the Country. Fact of the mater is its people like me cleans up after and tollerates the rantings of the fondanites like you.

Liberals like freedom of speech as long as it agrees with them. It's their immature way of thinking how everything is never fair when they don't control it.

No, freedom of speech only applies to government action. Last time I checked, Yahoo wasn't the government.
OK, I did as you said and checked the Constitution. Here's what it says regarding freedom of speech, among other things:
"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."
I'll point out again, since you still seem unclear on the matter, that Yahoo is not the Congress, so they can do what they want.
Moongod, yes, it is an open forum, but it is an open forum with certain rules. The rules are clear, as are the consequences of violating those rules. Regardless, the question is about freedom of speech, which doesn't apply.

There is no freedom of speech here. As this is a private website, and you have agreed to Terms and Conditions of use, Yahoo has all the right in the world to delete whatever questions they like.

My guess is that the Rhetoric you chose you spout was not in the form of a question.
Try asking a question and not ranting.
It may work.
I am more than happy to answer you questions, even if I disagree.

It must be terrible living a life that assumes that everyone is out to get you and that there is a great liberal conspiracy haunting your every move.
I am sorry you accept the lies fed to you in this way.

Most liberals don't like freedom of speech if it contradicts them or their opinions.
They push for freedom of religion and religious rights for everyone but Christians for the same reasons.
Christianity and the Bible contradicts most of the liberal nonsense...that's why you see them trying to remove it from the public, government, schools, etc.

Yes, it's a massive liberal conspiracy. Along with the AM and the Illuminati....
Anyway, freedom of speech does not exist here, so, if that is your complaint, I think you should just move on.

Freedom of speech isn't a right in the sense you see it, as long as your not obscene, racists, and don't offend, thats your freedom and thats where it falls
