I think Judaism, Messianic Judaism to be specific.
But, the Christian is going to say Christianity.
The Muslim is going to say Islam.
The Atheist is going to say Atheism. (Even though they don't even consider that a religion)
Etc...
You're not going to get a good solid answer because noone actually knows for sure what is the "better" religion.
