No need for the insults here. We should all learn to get
along, in this world. You go your way, I go mine.
There is no need to waste time, trying to get a specific
group of discouraged individuals, who are cold, sad,
and lonely, to believe in the Truth of The Word. :)
They are good people, too. And need love.... So my
intent is to bring us together, as 1 big, happy family.
That is what us Christians do best, create harmony, not
discord. Or at least that is the way it should be. So my
Atheist friends, do not patronise.... Dont hate the players.
Hate the game. And if you just look around you, realize
that you are very few in number. Who is confused again ?

just to advise really, you will find that you have been taking aithiestic views out of context. we do not patronisechristians or any other religion. instead we just give our opinion that is based on scientific fact. i for one am not cold, sad or lonely, as i have a wonderfull loving wife, whom i adore, a mum who i love and i am also an extreamly good freind, so just becuase i dont believe in god please do not tar us all with the same brush, after all how many wars have been fought for the name of athiesm. fair play to you for bringing us groups topgether, but my experiance is that a lot of christians are generally the biggest bunch of hippocrites i've met. they back stab, moan and whine, and in mny cases (as just seen by myself, and on various CHRISTIAN websites and even the american president) aithiests are NOT human and as one website claimed (these athiest bastards should be reported to the FBI/POLICE and extingushed before they do any more damage to the world, peaceful i think you'd agree. for more proof of christian hatred towards athiests check out Prof R.Dawkins "the god delusion" and you say that religion is good!!!
as to your thought of athiests being FEW in no, there are no fewer than 440 MILLION athiests worldwide. this figure would be higher if it included humanists, agnostics, and the like, so you are looking possibly at nearly 1 billion non religious souls worldwide. thats not a few in my book!!!!
to us we want to live our lives and live in harmony with the rest of humanity, without being persecuted, just because we have looked at both the bible and scinec and realised that the bible is no more than hearsay, whereas science (the foundation of aitheism) is there as proof in many many gusies
we athiests hate no one, and most of us are well educated, caring decent people with good moral standings

I agree that everyone should live in peace and that the world should be with out hatred. I do feel though, as an atheist, that our opinions are downsized by religious ones (you can say anything about an atheist but criticise religion, your really in for it). Sometimes i feel like religious people believe that atheists do not have a moral code and i can be very upsetting. There is also a massive double standard. People get to break rules and, a few cases in America, the law on account of religion. People are bending over backwards because they are scared to criticise religion because then they are seen as bad people.
Free speech is useless unless everyone is able to express it
Peace x

If the mythologies of Christianity, Judaism, Islam, and all the other religions didn't dictate the laws that so many of us are forced to live under, perhaps we'd be a little less patronising.
If your fairy tales did not result in 2000 years of war, persecution, and destruction. We might be able to get along.
If the majority of the bible did not promote forced conversion, homophobia, misogyny, and the suppression of everything that makes us human. We might feel more familial.
If you didn't go around believing in a mythical figure who never existed outside of the bible, and an invisible man in the sky who loves us but allows a world of suffering. We might be a little less partonising.

You'll find, if you search carefully, that there are far more non-believers than christians.
And I will take offence at being called cold, sad and lonely, by some holy roller who doesn't know a turd from clay.
Just who, is patronising who?
I feel sad that you cannot prove the existence of your god, at all, other than to tell me to read a 2000 year old collection of myths and stories cobbled together by some collection of ancient writers centuries after any of the relevant points occurred, and they were then chopped and changed by some other group who decided what to keep, and what to discard, purely on their popularity with story tellers in the vocal tradition.
Give me strength.

Your remarks give with one hand whilst your other hand is busy stabbing people in the back, you are the one being patronizing,as for few in numbers,in the UK less than 6% of the population attend church besides going to funerals and weddings, your 94% down mate and even the pope said we could no longer be classed as a "christian" country..... nearly 3% of those who attended regular services were muslim so even less good news for you.....

In my opinion, it's because they believe they are right. As do christians. I think they both patronise each other, as do every other religion. This is just personal opinion though of course, if people believe something opposite to someone else, then they will no doubt feel superior and abuse it by being patronising.

The last question I answered here was your "we love all atheists". What happened?
Why do Christians patronise and condemn atheists? Apparently we're "discouraged individuals, who are cold, sad,
and lonely" and we even go to hell. You can't expect to give all and take none back.

They have nothing better to do. Ro 1:20 For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse: Ps 19:117:27 22 Professing themselves to be wise, they became fool Ps 118:8 It is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in man. Atheists are confused by the lies they are taught.

Christians create harmony and not dischord? You can't even agree on a common myth to rally around. And I will always hate anybody who says "don't hate the player, etc...."
I feel dumber just writing it.

Being "very few in number", or elite, as I like to say, has never made me change my mind in the past.
For the 1,000th time - if your GO YOUR WAY, and stop trying to infuse my government with your Christianity, then I will "go mine".
