What are your weaknesses?

I have an interview today and I know one of the questions is going to be what are your three weaknesses. Honestly I can not think of any. I'm sure I have some, for example chocolate and puppies, but I can not say that in a job interview. Please help by telling me some of yours.. Thanks

2. You get annoyed easily (especially due to tardy people not coming on time for an important meeting or task).
3. Always smiling to people you don't know.

Those three weaknesses can add plus-points to your job interview.

I use this all the time:

"My biggest weakness is I have a baby face and most clients tend to not take me seriously because they judge my age by my face. But when I tell them I am 32 years old Married with two kids, then my clients feel comfortable again."

You want to try and pick negative-positives. For instance, you can say something like you have a problem delegating, you always want to do the work yourself. That says you're a hard worker. Unless you're going for a management position where your job is delegating, then you might want to pick something else.

The idea is to say something like “I really like to review my writing so I don’t rush through projects, but I think that being detail oriented will belp me in this job because…”

I try to hard...............I take work too seriously................and too much coffee...........................................that should show you are pro work and agressive.good business traits..........
