Happiness is success. But success does not create happiness. If that makes sense. To improve a families happiness, there are many things someone can do. Unconditional love. Set time aside each day for family time. Even just one hour to play a board game or to make caramel apples. Any activity that everyone can participate in and enjoy. With all of the hustle and bustle in todays society, trying to make a living, our families are often the first things that we neglect. If one hour is impossible, then set aside one (or a half) of a day to have fun together. On the weekend. At first the family may not respond so well, especially if this is out of the norm. But be patient and stay positive and persistant. Happiness comes from the heart. The mind only creates the mess. Try camping or an activity where it requires everyone to cooperate. And always be the first to compliment others on thier participation. Life is busy, but don't ever get too busy for the ones that you love. Without the ones you love, life will lose it's meaning. We only get one chance at this. I have seen too many people lie to themselves and tell themselves that once they accomplish thier financial goals, they will stop to enjoy life. But ask yourself this. How important is the destination, that you can't enjoy the journey? Our journey will last our whole lives. the destination is short lived. I hope that this was helpful.

Happiness isnt only based on success...so remember that!
If you wanted them to be happy..be there more. I think that would improve all of your lives!! Don't stress about the money and success...just be there.
but Im sure theres a balance between family and business...so find that.

We all need to know the difference between the things we can change and the things we can't. This is not just so that we can be spared unnecessary angst; there is a practical purpose. If we use up our vital time and energy pursuing impossible objectives, we will end up wasting the resources that might otherwise have been put to a truly constructive use. One of your current problems will sort itself out in time. The other sorely requires effort right now. Find the courage to make the right choice.

Be honest with them. Ask them what you can do to assist them in there life. Spend time with them, even when you don't want to.
