Uh, turns out it's not "raptured"...they were actually talking about a group of people who are going to be "RAPTORED". I think it was some prediction about the results of cloning and DNA recovery from dinos.

But it'd be irresponsible to allow poor quality candidates to take over because of fear. 'Render unto Caesar that which is Caesar's'. And in America, the People ARE Caesar.
