I'm trying to "hack" my school computer and I wanted to know if there was some kind of command I could use to make an administrator account. Well I ended up getting the administrator password, so nevermind

Well, it turns out the administrator password is the same as the password protecting the bios, so I'm gonna install Linux

Can't be done without going to some sort of graphical interface. As the other responder said, you can open the Computer Management interface but why you would want to do that from a command prompt escapes me. You might be able to have someone develop an application that interacts with the local computer or Active Directory. "useradd" on UNIX/Linux systems doesn't have an equivalent in MS-DOS. Many of the simple command line utilities just don't exist natively on Microsoft systems.
