As with all wings, deep fry or cook on 400F in oven until very crispy then toss with desired sauce (warmed).
To make a lemon/lime-pepper sauce:
1 1/2 cups chicken stock
Juice of one lemon
Finely grated zest (peel) of one lemon
Juice of 1/2 lime
Freshly grated pepper to taste.
(1/4 to 1/2 tsp Garlic powder optional, but recommended)
1 1/2 Tbsp corn starch dissolved in 2 Tbsp cold water
Bring everything but corn starch to a simmer in a sauce pan for a few minutes, add dissolved cornstarch to thicken. Add more water or cornstarch to get desired thickness. Toss your crispy cooked wings fresh out of the oven with enough sauce to coat them and serve immediately.

Fry wings only half way. Remove drain and place on sheet pan. Sprinkle with McCormick's Lemon Pepper seasoning. bake @ 400 F until done (about 20 minutes). While wings are baking, in a saute pan, add a knob of butter, chopped up pickled banana (ring) peppers (like a TBSP), and two minced garlic cloves. Saute til garlic is opaque and the smell rocks.

Add a squirt of lemon from one wedge. Toss with wings and serve.
