Sit-ups and crunches along with a healthy diet and cardio. You can lose weight with diet and cardio, but the tummy is reluctant to go away unless you actually exercise the tummy muscles.

The fat on your waist may be last to dissapear.

Keep up the diet and cardio focusing on OVERALL fat loss.

You can't reduce fat from a specific area.

Be careful with dieting. You need a healthy balance. Regular walking and yoga has done wonders for me. My waist is much trimmer than when I did gym.

You must be under 18, if your mom is stuffing food down your throat, and tell your mom that is a horrible way to treat an eating disorder, also losing that bump will not help you feel better about yourself

Try doing 450 sit-ups a day before breakfast of just fruit.. then after a rest run 25 miles with a backpack full of bricks. for lunch tuck into a handful of sunflower seeds. after a short break go for a walk around the coastline before you have dinner comprising of dust.. that should do it..

make sure your diet isn't some joke, like cutting all the carbs out of your life or something. eat a well balanced diet, drink plenty of water, and keep at it. it will make a difference in a few months of hard work, i promise

Add exercises that focus on your core. I like the hula hoop idea. That would be fun. Of course I am totally uncoordinated and can't hula hoop !
