Without sexual attraction the love would be like of a brother and a sister.
So practically without sexual attraction romantic love is not possible.

Maybe to a point, but healthy romantic relationships should include sex; if you're not sexually attracted to someone, you're going to have a hard time wanting to have sex with them.
The movie "The Mirror Has Two Faces" had a pretty great view on this. You should check it out.
