Where can we find an adapter that will go from FireWire/i.LINK OUT (like from D-VHS VCR) to HDMI IN (to a TV)?

Even though both Firewire and HDMI are digital interfaces, I doubt you can find any converter.
It does not worth wasting money either. Use component output and you will be OK.
