That would have to depend on the individual religions. I can not speak for any religion other than Christianity. I know that Christianity is not racist. There was a time in the Bible when different rulers had slaves, it was a way of like, not totally unlike the deep south, 100+ years ago. Most slave owners mentioned in the Holy Bible, were good to their slaves, and in many instances, the slaves were better off than they would have been as free.

Please don't be guilty of judging all of us, by the actions of a few of us. Even as Christians, we have a few bad apples.

Or the people who gave those opinions are racists and don't represent all religious people
