Two good products are Dermablend, and Colortration. Google them, Colortration is only available in limited stores and online, bu Dermablend is available more widely.

I'm going to assume that it's an entirely black-ink tattoo-
Use a concealer with a yellow base (these are very easy to find, they often come labeled for 'dark under eye circles'). This will counteract the pigment.
Over that apply a foundation maybe just a shade lighter than your natural skin color until you can see that the tattoo's beginning to really fade.
Dust on some powder to set it all.

If you can wear a bracelet, a bunch of bracelets, or a wristband, that'd do the trick. If not, apply a couple of coats of oil-based concealer ( a shade or two darker than your skin tone) over it and the entire area around it on both arms, fading it as you move up the forearm. Then, cover that with a light tone-matching powder.

the ideas-blowing of the foot could perhaps be a sensible selection for a no longer so important tattoo; glaring as quickly as you place on sandals yet no longer plenty in footwear. the indoors wrist isn't very important the two, in line with how regularly you place on long sleeves. The hipbone section and pubic section are basically approximately constantly hidden, making those components additionally a sensible place for a no longer so important tattoo.

if you cant get some theatrical tattoo covering make-up in time, just work with your foundation. you'll have to use a brush and layer it on, blending it into the surrounding areas, make sure you use some pressed powder to set each layer.
its like working on covering a hickey. it takes time, but it can be done!!!
if you CAN get some make-up by then, order ben nye tattoo cover. its awesome. works wonders.

Try putting foundation in your skin color over it. It really works I saw it on What Not to Wear.

Makeup and makeup and MORE makeup. try putting a skintone bandaid on it, the one that almost dissapears on your skin and then cover the whole bandaid and the skin around it with makeup to blend it in completely.

Tatoos are disgusting, use some make up or ask the make up artisit at the shoot to help you to cover it up. The photographer can also digitally edit the tatoo out, so do not stress too much.
