buy an exercise bike
start walking more too- avoid taking the car on short journeys, or the bus- whatever the weather!

with out knowing your age or how fit you are start of easy say a walk then do it for longer then do it a greater distance then do it quicker. go at your pace , what happens at this time of year is everyone spends a load of money on keep fit kit , goes out and does too much and thats the end of that.
slowly slowly catchy monkey. if it has taken you 40 years to wreck your body you wont fix it in a week !
do something. make it achevable good luck

Learn yoga it make u look young, keeps u fit, and can b done at home. It also cures many ailments. just imagine cure with exercise.

get an excersise dvd or sumthin thers loads out . . . if your not into cardio then try a yoga or pilaties dvd there great for toning xx

I like lunges and squats. If they get too easy, you can fill up a backpack with books or something and do them to make them harder.
