Muslims say theres no compulsion in religion but all other religions are lies. When they get over this attitude they may advance and move foreward like the rest of the world.

yea its getting really old. Thats what I dont understand... its totally a religion based on punishment, killing. It really needs to be abolished. Your right the way they figure that everyone who isnt muslim is against allah and should be killed, its guna get all them killed. Its guna come down to Muslims vs. Non Muslims if they dont change. And I think I know who will come out on top. Not to be rude but I think the world would be better off without them. Could you imagine how peaceful things would be if the Islamic religion wasnt here?

Muslims don't want to convert the world, they just want to make their own countries more Islamic. If we get out fo their lands and stop protecting the secular dictators there then you can bet they will leave us alone as well.

What polarizes is divisive speech/writing that pits one group of people against another, then someone else reacts to that, and often incorrectly, then anger flares, and can flare all the way to "hatred". Be advised not all Muslims interpret their religion so divisively as you're posting, so it'd be a bit wiser to refrain from such blanket statements as you've done here.

There is no "us vs them" in Islam. Fighting is allowed in Islam for self-defense. All the invaders/crusaders in Iraq/afghanistan/palestine/etc need to leave if they want peace. Every nation has a right to defend itself against occupation so quite crying about it like a hypocrite.

Quran says to fight against those who fight you:

"To those against whom war is made, permission is given (to defend themselves), because they are wronged - and verily, Allah is Most Powerful to give them victory - (they are) those who have been expelled from their homes in defiance of right - (for no cause) except that they say, 'Our Lord is Allah'.... " 22:39-40

"Fight in the cause of Allah against those who fight against you, but do not transgress limits. Lo! Allah loves not aggressors. ... And fight them until persecution is no more, and religion is for Allah. But if they desist, then let there be no hostility except against transgressors." 2:190,193

So you see, Muslims will fight just like any other nation for self-defense and survival till persecution is no more. What sets us different from your kind is that we are commanded to stop and not transgress the limits where as you soldier boys engage in war crimes.

Those who don't fight Muslims or oppress them or invade their lands have nothing to worry about. Treat us as you like to be treated, it's a simple as that.

For those who 9:5 in the Quran to claim that Islam is a violent religion.... did you try to read 9:6?
The context of the verse is during battlefield, In order to understand the context, we need to read from verse 1 of this surah. It says that there was a peace treaty between the Muslims and the Mushriqs (pagans) of Makkah. This treaty was violated by the Mushriqs of Makkah. A period of four months was given to the Mushriqs of Makkah to make amends. Otherwise war would be declared against them.

Surah Taubah chapter 9 verse 6 gives the answer to the allegation that Islam promotes violence, brutality and bloodshed. It says:

"If one amongst the Pagans ask thee for asylum,grant it to him, so that he may hear the word of Allah; and then escort him to where he can be secure that is because they are men without knowledge."

[Al-Qur'an 9:6]

So please don't just quote it without knowing the verse before it or the verse after it, without knowing its interpretation and what it refers to.
