I used to work with a man and we would heaps now this was about 6 years ago we talk often and email he told me that he loves me we have only ever kissed and that is because we were both drunk. we have a huge spark between us and both of us know where we stand i dont want anything from him other that what it is now and he is the same . Is he cheating ?

Just wanted to add something after reading some of the replies that i am the single one so i am not cheating i would never cheat on a ptr it is up to him what he does and he is the one chasing me. He was just texting me on the phone to come over to my place but i said no go home he has NEVER been to my place before and i dont want to start that so to Donna D thanks for your reply but i guess you didnt read the question properly as i said in there that i dont want anything more from him so he will not be leading me on as he is the one doing the chasing.

I must be getting old, what is heaps. I think the problem is that you think you might be in love. In the English language, there is only one word for love. If you go to the Greek, there is four. If your love is that you care what happens to this man, how his life is going, about his happiness, that is good. If you feel that you want to have sex with him, that is not good and you need to stay away from him. To answer your question, is he cheating, it depends on what he wants from you and for you. It is in his thoughts.

Yes he is emotionally cheating. Make sure you stay your distance so nothing else occurrs. I think getting involved with anyone married is bad business b/c you're messing up a home whether it's happy or not. Just because the home isn't a happy home you could still be adding even more fuil to the fire.

yes he's cheating... any spark between him and another woman is cheating on his wife... sure the sparks slow down in a marriage... but he's searching for you to give in then it will all just be by accident. End the friendship or at least stop the flirting etc

if he kissed you that is cheating you know he is married why do you not stay away from this guy lets say he leaves his wife for you.what makes you think he is not going to turn around and do the same to you.let me tell you something they usualy never leave there wives and he is probebly just leading you on just to get somewere with you if you know what i mean after that you will be history you won't even be friends no more.

Definitely. He is definitely emotionally cheating on his wife. I would stay clear of him, unless you dont mind being "the other woman". I would think that it sucks not being the one that he goes out with and makes it known how he feels about you. It's like when you are a kid and someone says lets be "Secret" friends. You always end up feeling neglected.

YES HE IS!!!! wheather under the influence of alcolhol, drug or PLAINFULLY sober...you both kissed. Now there are feelings.. You are in for a doozy when the wifey finds out. I hope to be around to answer that one when she does and you of course is going to be like? "I did nothing wrong"
