Any time you take in fewer calories than you expend, you will lose weight. If you eat 4,000 calories per day of fruits and vegetables, you will not lose weight. If you eat 1,000 calories per day, you will. I would suggest The You Diet by Drs. Roizen and Oz. It is not a lose weight program but a program for healthy weight loss, maintenance, and eating choices. You can find it on Amazon.
Best of luck to you.

u can eat brown rice and veggies and fruit but if u don't do some kind of exercise u wont loose weight. i eat healthy and workout regularly and i have lots of energy to workout.
watch what u eat and how much u eat.
eat protein, lots of veggies and fruit and walk place go to the gym of an hour or half an hour a couple days a week till ur comfortable to go longer and more often.
when i would out i do a circuit workout. i start with a 15 min warm up on the treadmill or bike or stairmaster.
then i do one min of free weights and weight mechanics and i do that for about 20 to 30 min. then i back to the treadmill or bike for 15 min. when im finished i do a cool down with stretches.
but its all up to u and what u like to do .

Yes you will lose weight--but your body will be lacking important nutrients. You need to find a way to get protein if you are going to work out also. Fruits and veggies are a good idea, the rice will only serve as a carb--to fill you up and give you energy but only briefly. Protein will keep your energy up longer, when added to a work out it can build muscle which will serve to also help burn fat and make you stronger, leaner. I would try fruit, veggies, and a protein (in some veggies, also try meat-- better protein). Throw in some carbs also. But dont depend on them for anything other than small bursts of energy.

Eating only fruit will make you lose weight but in an unhealthy way. To lose weight you need a complete and nutritional diet, and for gosh sake , THERE'S NO WAY AROUND IT, get your exercise!!! you wont just be skinny you'll be buff to!

I think it helps more towards straving, you need to try by eating three meals a day with little carbs and protien, and start doing maybe a dailiy walk around your house in the morning and night then turn it up to a jog!

Maybe, but you'll have radical energy swings (crashes) a couple hours after you eat because this diet as virtually no protein only carbs and sugar. It's not a very good diet.
